Freelance networks and collectives
A freelance collective builds bespoke teams to deliver projects for clients within their network. Usually, you need to fill out an application to be accepted, but often the work is well-paid
Content platforms
A content platform is a marketplace for freelance work. Similar to a network, you need to be accepting onto the platform and from there will be connected with brands looking for freelancers. Some of these networks pay directly through their platforms, meaning you get your payment immediately
